ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

CANCELLATIONS

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, all tipping must be done in cash; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Venmo and cash. No personal checks.

Level Pricing System

*Nicole Rose Salon offers several different levels of stylists. All of our stylists are licensed, educated and trained professionals. We have built a level pricing system based on experience and demand on time. This will allow our guests to choose a stylist and price level that best suits their style and budget.

Please note, the pricing listed on our website is baseline pricing.

Your service provider will begin each appointment with a complete consultation where you will be quoted on a price prior to beginning your service. You can always schedule a complimentary consultation appointment prior to booking your service to receive an exact price quote.
